Among the large variety of self-organization that can rise on nonlinear systems carried out of equilibrium, localized structures or dissipative solitons have always attracted great interest because of their ability to confine the energy of spontaneous manner in small areas. In optics for example, they are promising candidates for generation of storage units all-optical communication devices. Thus, the main challenge is the control. This implies many questionning such as :
