Michael Ziskind, associate professor (HDR) in Physics at PhLAM lab (Univ. Lille1), has recognized competences in the field of laser desorption and ablation. It has developed a suitable tool for such an undertaking, and applied it to various fields of physics, biology and combustion : plasma physics, chalcogenic glass thin growth, synthesis of hydrated clusters, chemical analysis of soot, MALDI MS imaging of biomolecules.
